Can I Reserve a Trip Before Booking
Feel free to reach out to us with any questions you have before making your booking. In response to your inquiries, we might extend an invitation for you to reserve your trip. You’ll receive a pre-approval email, confirming availability for your specified dates and guest numbers at the time of our response. However, please note that we can only guarantee your reservation once you receive a booking confirmation from us.
How Do I Make a Group Booking
Planning an adventure for a group? It’s easy. When you’re on the booking page, simply specify the number of people in your party. That’s all it takes to set the stage for your group’s memorable journey!
Cancelling Your Reservation
Our cancellation policy is structured into three tiers, based on when you cancel your booking. Here’s what you need to know:
- Within 24 Hours of Booking: Cancel with a 0% cancellation fee.
- More than 30 Days Before Trip Start Date: A cancellation fee of 20% applies.
- Within 30 Days of Trip Start Date: Cancellations during this period incur a 100% fee.
We’ve designed this policy to be fair and transparent, keeping in mind the planning and resources that go into preparing for your adventure
Cancelling Due to COVID-19
In the face of COVID-19, we understand that travel plans can be affected. Here’s our policy:
- Full Refund for Travel Bans: If you can’t travel because of a travel ban, you’re eligible for a 100% refund.
- No Refund for Personal COVID-19 Circumstances: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if you test positive for COVID-19, or if you’re denied entry into the country due to vaccination status.
We strive to balance fairness and flexibility in these uncertain times, while adhering to public health guidelines and travel regulations.
